When travelling to Bozen go to Meran and then in the direction of the Passeiertal Valley. After the village of Saltaus (approx. 200 m), turn right at the first bridge and drive through the village of Schweinsteg in the direction of Obertall (approx. 9.5 km). Before driving into the village of Prenn turn left to drive to Hochwies. If you travel via Jaufenpass or Timmelsjoch, you have to take the bridge on the left before Saltaus.
