Rates are per person and day. A surcharge of 10% applies for short-stays of less than 3 nights.

- Children's reductions are valid for children staying in the parent's room with 2 fully paying guests:
- Children 0-2 years 100% discount
- Children 3 years 15€, Children 4-5 years 25€.-
- Children 6-10 years 40€
 

Our house offers:
- breakfast buffet with freshly prepared egg dishes
- 3-course menu with salad buffet for dinner
- weekly barbeque evening with large starter's buffet in summer
- in case of warm temperatures dinner also on the terrace

Important notes:
Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2014 have to pay a local tax of € 2,80 per person per night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay:it is only payable on departure.

Cancellation Terms:
For cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival, its free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. For cancellations from 3 months to 8 weeks prior to arrival, its 40% of agreed total price. Within the last 8 weeks prior to arrival the cancellation fee amounts to 80% of the booking rate. In case of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire period booked.
