If you are coming from Bolzano or Merano, drive towards the Passeier Valley. After the village of Saltaus (about 200 m), turn right at the first bridge and drive through the village of Schweinsteg towards Obertall (about 9.5 km). Shortly before reaching the village of Prenn, turn left to Hochwies.
If you are coming from the Jaufen Pass or Timmelsjoch, take the bridge on the left before Saltaus.
